THE VILLAGE OF OXFORD is requesting bids for replacement of the existing roof for the Village of Oxford Fire Station Project. Bids will be publicly opened on October 11th at Village Hall, 20 Lafayette Park, Oxford, NY at 2 PM.

BID documents and additional information may be picked up at the Office of the Village Clerk,
20 Lafayette Park, Oxford, New York during normal Business hours ( M-F 9:00AM to 1PM)
Prior to awarding the contract, bids may be held by the Village of Oxford for a
period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of
reviewing the bids and for the investigation of the qualification of the bidders. The Village
reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality in the bidding.
